For my philosophy class, we were asked to develop a semester long project that would "embrace our existence." In response, I decided to embark in a deep process of self-reflection through the art of comics. Every week, I created five comic panels, each one displayed somewhere across campus depending on the day produced. People would then have the opportunity to anonymously share their thoughts and experiences in relation to the themes I introduce throughout the comic. Over time, this became a communal discussion which culminated in a consensus on particular ways of thinking or observing the world around us.
The act of conquering our subconscious realm would in turn enlighten our path into an existentialist way of life.
